Ordering

Do I need an Account to checkout?

You do not need to create a WILLIT YOGA account to checkout, but there are benefits to having an account. To securely save credit cards, billing addresses, and to be able to see your order history. Click on the "Account" button located at the top right of any page to "Log in" or "Create a New Account".

How to place an order?

Click "ADD TO CART" to add items. Continue shopping or proceed to checkout by clicking "CHECK OUT" to go to the checkout page and complete your purchase.

Can I change or update my order?

If you need to make changes after placing your order, please contact us promptly. We will assist you in modifying the order details or canceling the order so you can place a new one. Once the order is dispatched, we are unable to modify any details.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! If you need to cancel your order, please contact us via email within 12 hours to request an order intercept. Please note that once the order is dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.

How to order the right size?

Please refer to the size charts available on Willit Yoga each product page. Our items are true to size, so we recommend measuring your bust, waist, and hips and comparing them with our size charts. If you need any help with measurements, feel free to contact us to ensure you make the best choice.

Shipping

When will my order ship?

Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of the order being placed.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
If you have any problems tracking your package, please contact us and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

How long does delivery take?

All item orders made on WILLIT YOGA should arrive within 2-7 business days.

Why did I only receive part of my order?

Don't worry—your complete order is on its way! Although we strive to ship all items together, our use of multiple warehouses may result in separate shipments. If you have not received multiple tracking numbers, please contact our Customer Support for assistance.

Why has my order been shipped but I haven't received it?

* Verify that the shipping address on your order is correct.
* Check your mailbox or ask your neighbors if they might have received it for you.
* Wait several days, as occasionally, deliveries may be marked as complete before they actually arrive.
* If the package still hasn't arrived after 3 business days, please contact us via email for further assistance.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?

Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Please make sure the return product under good condition and with original ccondition,unworn with tags attached products. *Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Can I return for exchange?

Yes, you can initiate a return from your account or directly contact us via support@willitsports.com with your order number and the product you wish to return. For exchanges, we do not charge any additional fees. You can opt for a different color/size within the same style as the item you're returning. Your exchange order will be processed once the returned product is back in stock.

When will I get my refund?

We will process your return and refund when your items back to Amazon's fulfillment center. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

When will my exchange item be shipped?

Willit Yoga's customer service team will normally process your exchange within 48 hours of receiving your returned product and inventorying your return.

Can I get a prepaid return label when I return a product?

We apologize for not being able to offer a pre-paid return label as we use Amazon MCF for shipping. This decision is based on considerations such as warehousing costs, logistical efficiency and speed of order delivery.
