These tights are a great value. Purchased a L and could have possibly gone with a M. Wear a L (12-14) in Walmart tights which are way too slippery for riding. Nice and sticky and made me feel very secure in the saddle. Am 5'9" and there was plenty of length. Handy zippered pocket for cell phone and two other pockets. No problems after two washings. Would buy again.
