Deep in the South, the sun is cruel to the largest (mostly) intact organ left to the old: their skin. It's pretty much all that's holding us together these days. So since I indulge in the great Game of Pickleball outdoors, I am always on the look-out for protection against the sun. But it must be protection that is not only effective, but does not grease me up so I glisten like a centerfold. Reflecting the sun and confusing the opposing team, all of whom have early cataracts, is against the rules, of course. AND when wearing such a protective item, I must look suave, self-assured, and very much like I could be invited to "the Club" if I actually knew a member who would invite me. Thus did I purchase the Willis UPF 50+ Light Jacket etc. etc.Well, you know what? This thing works. So far, at least, no new pre-cancerous (or cancerous) skin lesions. The material streamlines me so I chase down lobs better. The form-fitting shape complements my mildly metabolically-challenged midriff. The color (light blue) camouflages me against the morning sky. The hood lends an air of mystery: am I a wandering pickleball monk, or do I promise more? Look, when you're old and risk-averse, you play every angle on *every* court.And this Willit says to my opponents, "Oh, never fear, he will! EVERY angle."Believe me, if I were younger, I'd buy another. But things being what they are....In conclusion, a very good investment. Worth the price. And admit it, you need the protection.

Suave, ligera, muy delgada.

Perfect as an added layer to take the chill off but still light enough you don’t mind wearing it for sun protection. It’s very stretchy & the zipper goes all the way to the top of the hood which is weird but no big deal…just don’t zip it up all the way. I got the XL & it fits me great.
