I am not a golfer, but I like to wear shorts all the time when the weather permits it. I ordered these for more of a casual dress look as opposed to cargo pockets and board shorts or athletic shorts, which I have plenty of. I like the color Sage gray and it is on the greener side of gray. I followed the chart provided on the Amazon page and the fit was just right. I am 6'3" 195# and the XL is a good fit. I am not crazy about the elastic waist band, but it definitely makes these shorts roomier and have plenty of range of motion. I do miss the back pockets and do not like to hold my wallet in the front pocket as it creates a bulge that does not look flattering. I like that the two pockets provided have zippers, but the one on the side is hard to get my hands in and out if I were to put my keys in there.These appear to be well made shorts, and I did not notice any loose threads of seams. The length is OK, but I prefer my shorts to go a little longer down my thighs. All these things are not a deal breaker, so I would still recommend these shorts. The price is slightly higher than I would expect for an off brand online, but again not a deal breaker....

Based on the cost, I really wasn't expecting much in the way of quality. Mostly I was hoping for an extra pair of shorts for my daily walks. However, I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. Nice quality, breathable, and comfortable.The description touts it for golf, tennis, and other activities. I can definitely see that. Heck, I could wear this for bowling as well. Overall, a great product.

I am slim (30” waist), and these shorts are slightly loose fitting, I can wear them like this, but I prefer to wear a lightweight nylon belt. According to the size chart, size S is recommended for a 28-30'' waist, which is not true, I would say 31-34''.So, I would have liked them to have the XS size available, or at least these shorts to have an integrated adjuster (the drawstring that is inserted inside the waistband).Other than that, I have no other complaints, I like the fit, and the size of the inseam is perfect, as I don't like shorts to be too short, nor too long below the knee.
