"I was pleasantly surprised to stay dry during a 10 plus mile hike during "moderate" rain in the Adirondacks. First time wearing this jacket and I am now in love with it. Also worked well as a wind breaker. I love the fit around the waist and wrists. Only thing I'd improve would be the extra back adjustment to the hood. I tightened the sides which really helped but felt it still a bit too deep."

These are more like the rugby pants of the 80s with a smoother waist fit. They are cotton/spandex and feel thick and high quality with lots of stretch. The material reminds me of the original Lulus.
